Devotees visiting Ayodhya during Mahakumbh should not face any inconvenience: CM Yogi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on Saturday, said that over 40-45 crore devotees are expected to attend Prayagraj Mahakumbh-2025, with many likely to visit Ayodhya as well.

In Ayodhya, devotees will visit prominent temples and sites, including Ramlala, Hanumangarhi, and Suryakund. He instructed the local administration to ensure all preparations are complete, focusing on visitor safety, crowd management, worship arrangements, and shelter facilities.

The CM held a review meeting with administrative officials after meeting with BJP workers. He said, “No devotee should face any inconvenience during the cold season.  In addition to maintaining cleanliness, proper arrangements for bonfires and other necessities must be ensured.” In the auditorium of Acharya Narendra Dev Agricultural University Kumarganj, the Chief Minister along with district senior officials gathered information about the security of devotees coming to Ayodhya during Mahakumbh-2025, cloud management, shelter and more.

Divisional Commissioner Gaurav Dayal gave a presentation on the preparations in Ayodhya for Mahakumbh-2025. The Chief Minister issued necessary instructions to the officials. The review meeting was attended by local administration officials, police personnel, and senior district authorities.
