From the Italian Feasts

At Toscano, traditional flavours and premium ingredients transport you to Tuscany, writes Team Agenda

With its gates in the centre of Saket’s Select City Walk Mall, Toscano welcomes you on a Tuscan food adventure. Toscano offers a genuine dining experience that satisfies the sophisticated palates of its esteemed patrons by fusing traditional culinary methods with premium, fresh ingredients and unusual cheeses.

Toscano offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, where handcrafted pastas, carefully selected wines, and dishes inspired by Italy’s heritage take the centre tables. The cosy setting is uplifted by soft yellow lighting, a striking wine wall, and painted patterned walls, creating the perfect backdrop to savour delightful moments with your loved ones.

You can initiate the tasty food by starting with the Antipasti, the small plates menu offering you Arancini e Mozzarella Fritta (Arborio rice balls & fried mozzarella) that has golden fried cheesy Italian rice balls, crumb fried fresh mozzarella, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and haricot verts served with arrabiata sauce as they melt in your mouth, enticing you to consume an increasing amount. Also, in Bruschetta you can go forward with Pomodoro Classico made out of fresh tomatoes, olive oil, basil & parmesan cheese.

From the Insalata, the salad menu, Insalata di Quattro Fagioli con Cereali (four bean salad with mixed grains) with selection of four beans, mixed grains, roasted pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, red onion, romaine lettuce, roasted pumpkin seeds, feta cheese & sweet balsamic dressing to keep up with your fitness and taste.

In the Pane all’ aglio, the garlic breads menu you can go for Classic Baguette Garlic Bread with melting mozzarella cheese and Rosemary Bread with rosemary, pesto, olive oil made with rock salt pizza bread.

For pasta lovers, the Artisan & Signature Special Pasta menu is a feast of flavours that will leave you craving more. A recommendation is the Ravioli di Spinaci e Ricotta, featuring handmade spinach and ricotta ravioli, served in a fragrant basil-flavoured tomato sauce with olives, melting deliciously in every bite.

The Dolce (Dessert) menu at Toscano is a paradise for dessert lovers. The highlights include the Classic Tiramisu, perfectly paired with coffee ice cream, and the indulgent 55% Couverture Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie, served warm with creamy vanilla ice cream. Saving the best for last, the Signature Chocolate Kahlua Mousse, complemented by a delicate almond tuile and velvety crème anglaise, promises to be an unforgettable treat for your taste buds.
