South Delhi BJP MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri on Sunday launched a scathing attack on AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal and Chief Minister Atishi, comparing them to Mughal rulers and Britishers and stated that they have looted the Capital for the past 10 years.
In a public rally in Rohini, Bidhuri said, “The truth is that Delhi was looted by Ghori, Ghazni, Nadir Shah, Timur Lang, and the British while in the last 10 years, Arvind Kejriwal and Atishi have plundered Delhi. These looters have to be thrown out of Delhi.”
He added that the crowd gathered at the rally is a testament to the fact that at least 60 candidates from the BJP will win the Delhi elections and form BJP government in the national Capital. Further, in his address, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said, “Today, at this rally, I feel the wave of transformation that will not only give Delhi but the entire country a new direction. A new hope has been born in Delhi.”
New Delhi BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj said, “Just as Delhiites gave all seven parliamentary seats to BJP in the Lok Sabha elections and made Narendra Modi the Prime Minister for the third time, this time, the public is determined to bring BJP to power in the Assembly.”
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister Atishi congratulated the people of Delhi and said, “Today, the RRTS line is being inaugurated in Delhi. The RRTS, a joint effort of the Central Government, Delhi Government, UP Government, and Haryana Government, is connecting the NCR region with Delhi. The first RRTS stretch from Sahibabad to New Ashok Nagar is being inaugurated today. The Delhi Government has also invested Rs 1,260 crore in the RRTS line being built from Delhi to Meerut, as it will boost the economic development of Delhi.”
