On the occasion of the birth anniversary of India’s first President, Desh Ratna Dr. Rajendra Prasad, a tribute ceremony was held on December 3 near his statue at Ispat Bhavan in Bokaro Steel Plant.
Director In-Charge of Bokaro Steel Plant, Birendra Kumar Tiwari, along with Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) Suresh Rangani, Executive Director In-Charge (Human Resources) Rajan Prasad, Executive Director (Human Resources) Rajshree Banerjee, Executive Director (Mines) Vikas Manvati, Executive Director (Materials Management) C.R. Mishra, Chief Medical Officer Dr. B.B. Karunamay, KIMS Mahamantri Sangram Singh and other senior officials, garlanded the statue of Dr. Rajendra Prasad and paid their respects.
On this occasion, Director In-Charge Birendra Kumar Tiwari emphasized that Dr. Rajendra Prasad’s life is a source of inspiration for everyone. He encouraged people to draw lessons from his legacy to contribute positively to society and the nation.
