In the context of Blow Whistle, Call School mega campaign, as per the instructions of State Education Secretary K. Ravi Kumar, an important meeting was held today in various districts in view of the social media mega campaign of January 11, 2024. In this, necessary guidelines were given to all the block level officials of the district, and for the widespread success of this campaign on January 11, the officials have been instructed to keep complete preparations in every school up to the block level.

In view of the 'Blow Whistle, Call School’ social media campaign, schools have been instructed to keep adequate whistles. Ravi Kumar has given instructions to maintain an adequate number of CTs through video conferencing with all the district officials. Those schools which have not yet purchased the whistle, have been instructed to purchase it immediately.

For the success of the social media campaign, nodal officers have been appointed at the district, block and cluster level. ADPO at the district level, BPO at the block level and CRP at the cluster level have been made nodal officers. This program will also be linked to Prayas, SMC, RuR and PTM.

The State Education Project has made it clear in the guidelines issued to all the districts that for the success of this social media campaign, they should make full use of all the mediums of social media. Make sure to use Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the Koo app, not just on X (formerly Twitter). Post #SeetiBajao through all mediums.

The campaign was started as a pilot project in Simdega district. Seeing its positive results in the district, the School Education and Literacy Department decided to start this campaign in the entire state as 'Whistle Whistle Call School' campaign. Soon this campaign started in all the districts of the state, as a result of which the attendance of children in schools has already increased and leadership skills are also being developed in them.

The campaign has been started in the entire state on the lines of Simdega. Under this campaign, every morning in the school, house captains and class monitors blow whistles to motivate the children of their villages, towns and hamlets to go to school. As soon as the whistle blows, children get ready to go to school and go to school with their classmates. Parents of children are also becoming aware due to this campaign.
