ESL Steel Limited celebrated the New Year with a vibrant town hall event, bringing together employees, leadership, and stakeholders to reflect on 2024’s achievements and set goals for the future. The event featured the unveiling of the 2025 diary, a cake-cutting ceremony, and recognition of exceptional contributions by the NCQC and CSR teams.
In his address, CEO and Whole Time Director Ashish Gupta expressed gratitude to employees for their dedication, stating, “2024 was a year of milestones that showcased our strength. As we step into 2025, we pledge to transform challenges into opportunities, setting new benchmarks for success.” He also highlighted the vision of Chairman Anil Agarwal, emphasizing integrity, safety, and environmental responsibility.
ESL’s 2024 achievements included awards like the Happy Place to Thrive Award 2023 by ET HR World and recognition at the W.E. Global Awards and the CII Award for Excellence in Women in STEM. Individual honors included the Wings of Steel Award for Meenakshi Sabharwal and the Sardar Patel National Award 2024 for Ashish Ranjan.
