On the occasion of Jharkhand’s 24th Foundation Day, Dr. Ajoy Kumar paid tribute to the statue of Birsa Munda at Sakchi, offering a garland in his honor. He extended warm wishes to all Jharkhand residents on this special occasion.
Speaking to the media, Dr. Ajoy emphasized that the all-around development of Jharkhand is possible only by adhering to the principles of Dharti Aba Birsa Munda. He praised the work of the INDIA alliance government in the state, highlighting its efforts to protect the state's water, forests, and land while introducing various welfare schemes for women and the underprivileged. These initiatives, he said, have significantly improved the living standards of the people.
Dr. Ajoy also credited the welfare programs of the government for the overwhelming support received from the public during the recent assembly elections.
He announced that one of the first steps after the formation of the government would be to set up a commission to address the critical issue of land ownership rights. Additionally, there will be a special focus on improving education and healthcare facilities across the state. Steps will also be taken to generate employment by engaging with major corporate houses, filling vacancies in government departments, and establishing Jharkhand as an education hub.
Dr. Ajoy reiterated his commitment to Birsa Munda’s vision and vowed to work tirelessly for the holistic development of the state.
