"Three hundred plus in 2024" was the mantra, chanted by Union Home Minister Amit Shah at Kaushambi Mahotsav here on Friday.
While inaugurating the three-day Kaushambi mahotsav on Friday in the presence of the UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and his two deputies Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, Shah reminded people of the development done in Kaushambi during past six to seven years, and said Kaushambi had become synonym of development and progress, and this had become possible with the joint efforts of Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath, popularly known as 'double engine'.
He called upon people to ensure the roaring victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2024 parliamentary elections for defeating corruption and nepotism in Indian politics.
“Nation is achieving new heights everyday under the able, honest and bold leadership of Narendra Modi, and the opposition has ganged up with no other agenda, but to defeat this nationalist leader and the party,” he said.
Expressing his gratitude towards the people of Uttar Pradesh, Shah said, "Aapne SP aur BSP ka soopada saaf kar diya 2014 mein, aur jab 2019 mein SP, BSP aur Congress ek huye, to bhi aapne BJP to jitaya". (You eliminated SP and BSP in 2014, and in 2019 when the SP, BSP and the Congress formed a united platform, you once again defeated them to see the BJP in power.)
Uttar Pradesh will once again send a strong message in 2024 by voting for Modi to bury corruption, nepotism, and mafia rule.
Speaking on the occasion the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said UP had become a model of development with the cooperation of Modiji, and in real sense had turned into a growth engine.
