Continue the strike, BJP tells employees

Wednesday, 31 August 2022 | Staff Reporter | RAIPUR

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday told the employees of the Chhattisgarh government to continue their strike, saying it would reverse any order regarding a break in service imposed by the Congress regime when it takes power.

Chief spokesperson Ajay Chandrakar stated that the BJP opposed the order of service break and not denying salaries to the striking employees during the strike. If the BJP forms a government next year, the order will be annulled.

He exhorted the employees to continue their fight with full strength without fear. The BJP backs the employees.

He said the circular of 2006, on the basis of which the order of service break has been passed, is not relevant in the present situation. The circumstances over the last 16 years have changed a lot.
