To implement the directives of BJP national president Amit Shah, a meeting of the BJP legislators was convened here at Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's residence on Tuesday.
The Chief Minister, State BJP president Nandkumar Singh Chouhan and organizational general secretary Suhas Bhagat gave valuable tips to the BJP MlAs. Co-organisational general secretary Atul Rai was also present on the occasion.
At the meeting, the MlAs were asked to give more time in their respective constituencies and concentrate on those booths where they got defeated. They have been asked to overcome resentment of party workers in their constituencies and discuss local problems with the voluntary organisations.
The Chief Minister said that the party should win the next Assembly polls with more votes than previous polls. He stated that the problems of party workers should be resolved with joint efforts by party parliamentarian and the MlA.
He further said that BJP president Amit Shah had talked to every legislator and it is clear to all as what the central leadership wants.
At the meeting, the legislators were asked to improve their performances and at an adequate time, they would be informed regarding their performance report. They have been asked to start working for the 208 Assembly polls.
