This Oktoberfest season, Smoke House Deli, in collaboration with United Breweries, brings a month-long celebration featuring a host of special culinary delights

The well-crafted menu offers a variety of small plates, hearty mains and indulgent desserts, all crafted to pair perfectly with your favourite brews. There’s a selection of Pizza Dogs, Panuzzos, and Tramezzas, alongside other delectable dishes. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a festive feast in true Smoke House Deli fashion, where great food meets great beer for a celebration you won’t forget.

Start your feast with a delicious selection of Pizza Dogs, each offering a unique twist on a classic favourite. Try the Plant-Based Sausage Dog, topped with mozzarella and tomato. For a smoky kick, the Smokin’ Chicken Frank is loaded with ketchup, mustard, citrus chilli, and gherkin relish. Meat lovers won’t want to miss the Bolognese Dream Dog, featuring a chicken frank and bold paprika for an unforgettable flavour.

Next, indulge in Panuzzos—a lineup of hearty sandwiches that bring bold flavours and fresh ingredients to the table. Enjoy the Mediterranean, packed with nutty hummus, grilled vegetables, and finished with tahina, or the Classic Caprese, featuring tomato, mozzarella, herby basil, and black pepper. For something a bit more savoury, try the Chicken Balsamico with balsamic chicken, tomato, onion, and fresh greens, or the A-BLT, with crispy bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato for a satisfying crunch. Tramezzas truly pack a punch of flavour in every bite, perfect for those who crave a satisfying yet balanced meal.

Do not miss the Truffle Shuffle, a decadent mix of brie and truffle oil tossed with oyster, shiitake, and button mushrooms. For a more comforting option, the Deli Roast brings together roast chicken with hollandaise and caramelised onions.   • Truffle Shuffle (Tramezza) – Folded pizza sandwiches served with French Fries (Brie, truffle oil tossed oyster, shiitake & button mushrooms).

  • Bolognese Dream Dog (Pizza Dog) – Italian-style hot dogs served with French Fries (Minced mutton bolognese, chicken frank and paprika).
  • Chicken Balsamico (Panuzzo) – Crispy, stuffed turnover pizza sandwiches served with French Fries (Creamy, diced balsamic chicken, tomato, onion & fresh greens).
  • The Shroom Smash (Tramezza) – Folded pizza sandwiches served with French Fries (Smashed tenderloin patty & grilled mushroom).
