In a remarkable showcase of mathematical prowess, three students from The Pentecostal Assembly School, B.S. City, have emerged as the top 100 meritorious students in the prestigious Aryabhata Ganit Challenge (AGC)-2023, organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The challenge, aimed witnessed a staggering participation of around 5,50,000 students from 5050 schools across the nation. The AGC-2023, tailored for students in classes VIII - X, focused on incorporating mathematics into real-life scenarios, encouraging critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Notably out of the 8,590 students who advanced to the national level in the second stage, Shazia Mokaraam and Arpan Kumar from Class 10, along with Arush Prakash from Class 9, showcased exceptional mathematical acumen, securing their positions among the top 100 students in the Patna Region.
Dr. Karuna Prasad, the Principal of School, congratulated the students for their hard work, devotion, and outstanding accomplishments. The dedicated teaching faculty of the school also extended their heartfelt wishes to Shazia, Arpan, and Arush for bringing laurels to the institution.
