National Unity Day was celebrated with great pomp in Oasis School on the call of CBSE Regional Office Patna Zone.On this occasion, the National Integrity Oath Taking Ceremony was organized in the school premises and tribute was paid to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his 141st birth anniversary.In the swearing in ceremony, school principal  Dr. Ahsanul Haq  , vice principal Imtiaz Alam, Sadul Hasan, senior teachers Arvind Kumar, Ragini Sinha, Reshmi Verma, Merajul Haq, Satish Kumar were present.All the teachers took the oath of national integrity along with all the students of the school.School Principal Dr. Ahsanul Haq, while addressing the program, said that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's role was not only that of a leading freedom fighter in the country's freedom struggle but he was also the founding father of the Republic of India,who guided the country in its integration into a unified, independent nation.Therefore, today we all have to always be ready to follow his ideals and keep the unity and integrity of the country intact.After the completion of the swearing-in ceremony, a Run for Unity program was organised.School Principal  Dr. Ahsanul Haq   appealed to everyone that today we all have taken oath for the integrity of the country.Will spread it to other people and flagged off the students participating in the Run for Unity organized by the school for public awareness.Hundreds of school students participated in the Run for Unity and ran from the school through Hazaribag Jheel on the city streets and again reached the school premises.The students showed a lot of enthusiasm in this race.The Principal thanked all the students and all the teachers who played a role in successfully conducting this program.He said that Run for Unity will definitely promote the unity, integrity and mutual love and brotherhood of the country among the people.School President Mr. Shabbir Ahmed and Treasurer Tanveer Ahmed thanked everyone on this occasion.He said that our Oasis School is always dedicated to strengthening the society and nation.He thanked all the teachers and students including Principal  Dr. Ahsanul Haq for wonderful program.
