The festival of Diwali, also known as Deepavali or the festival of lights, is celebrated not only because it is a celebration of spectacular light displays, but also because on this day, several families pray to Goddess Lakshmi in hopes of bringing them prosperity. Furthermore, the significance of Deepavali and Dhanteras increases exponentially on both days since it is one of the six sacred times of the year called Swayam Siddha Muhurta.
Therefore, these two days are considered the best time to please the various planets so that their influences on people are positive. To attract wealth and positivity during Diwali, follow these Vaastu-Astro rituals:
- Make a Trishul symbol alongside Om and Swastik during Diwali Puja. The symbol will bless you and provide you with protection.
- Use both desi ghee diyas and mild mustard oil alternately. This will help you get rid of financial obstacles.
- Gold can attract wealth and abundance, that is why it is a good idea to wear it as much as possible.
- A cluster of amethyst crystals should be placed in the northeast corner of people’s homes during the Festival of Lights to remove any financial obstacles.
- You can also light a lavender-infused candle this Diwali and take a bath with sea saltwater. The house will be purified as well as the families’ auras will be cleared.
- Praise Lord Kuber and make yourself prosperous and wealthy.
