Bombard your senses: Eat, sip and socialise

Of late, Gurugram has become a favourite destination for Gen Z. With sprawling nightlife and good eateries dotting it, it has become a mecca for connoisseurs of good food and drinks. Adding to its already rich food scene, BOMBA makes a dashing entry to make it even better.
Gurugram’s fast-growing food and nightlife scene has a new address with the opening of BOMBA Pizzeria & Taqueria in Sector 62, marked by an immersive food-and-spirit collaboration with House of Samsara and its newly launched ÄMARA Artisanal Pink Vodka. The evening saw BOMBA throw open its doors with a sensorial tasting experience that paired AMARA’s fruit-forward, floral-toned vodka with the restaurant’s flavour-packed, contemporary menu. Set in BOMBA’s vibrant yet intimate space, guests sampled vodka-forward cocktails such as Sundarban Bloom and Corbett Flora, specially created for the evening using AMARA Vodka. These were paired with a curated spread from BOMBA’s kitchen — from signature pizzas like The Wild One and The Hottie 2.0, to pastas such as Slow-Cooked Shallot Agnolotti and Tuscan Chicken Fettuccine, along with tapas favourites including Truffle Wild Mushroom Pâté, Calabrian Chicken Skewers, and Charred Prawn Tostada.
The idea, organisers said, was to let flavours do the talking.
“AMARA Vodka represents our vision of building contemporary, flavour-forward spirits for today’s evolving consumer,” said Aditya Aggarwal, Founder & Managing Director of House of Samsara.
For Chef Alisha Mehra, Founder of BOMBA Pizzeria & Taqueria, the collaboration was a natural fit with the brand’s philosophy. “With BOMBA, the goal has always been to create a space where people can enjoy great food, innovative cocktails, and a lively atmosphere. Having a tequila-forward bar programme, the event reflected our ideology and offered our patrons a fresh take on BOMBA through the inclusion of AMARA Vodka,” she said.
The launch underlined BOMBA’s ambition to position itself not just as another pizzeria or taqueria, but as a social dining destination where bold food, contemporary cocktails, and a buzzing ambience come together. Founded in 2022 by Chef Alisha Mehra and entrepreneur Kula Naidu, BOMBA has built a reputation in Delhi NCR for blending the comforting charm of a pizzeria with the colourful spirit of a taqueria — with a pasta menu that, as regulars like to say, quietly steals the show.
Meanwhile, AMARA Vodka, crafted by House of Samsara, adds another layer of modern indulgence to the city’s drinks culture. Distilled from premium grapes and rice grains, and infused with strawberries, passion fruit, peaches, citrus, and floral botanicals, the artisanal pink vodka is designed for cocktails, food pairings, and social occasions — just the kind of backdrop that BOMBA’s new Gurugram home promises to provide.
