Centre for Engineering and Technology (CET), the in-house engineering and technology wing of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), organized a team-building exercise in association with Management Training Institute (MTI) at the RDCIS Auditorium.
The program, attended by employees and their families from CET, as well as faculty members from MTI was aimed at fostering teamwork, collaboration and bonding among participants.
The event also included the felicitation of winners under the SHABASH Scheme, recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions and achievements of CET employees across a wide spectrum of domains.
Speaking on the occasion, ED (CET), Shri. Shrawan Kumar Verma, emphasized the importance of team building and recognition of excellence in driving organizational growth and success.
The program was followed by a cultural event, showcasing the talent and creativity of the participants and concluded with a dinner, providing an opportunity for socialization and networking.
The event was a resounding success, with participants expressing appreciation for the initiative and looking forward to more such future events.
