The death anniversary of social worker Sudhir Chandra Kunwar was celebrated with religious rituals at Kunwar Bhawan and Kunwar Kothi. Tributes were paid to his statue by garlanding it. After the puja, blankets were distributed among the needy in his native village Bhatt Khijri. On this occasion, Superintendent of Police Haris Bin Zaman said that there is no service greater than human service. In today's time, man should be useful to man. Currently, there is severe cold in the district and people are in need of blankets and warm clothes and in such a situation, distribution of blankets among the needy in Bhattkhijri village by the Kunwar family is a noble deed. He has done many such works, and the people of the area are taking advantage of them. He always helped in the education of poor children, built temples and made important contributions in the marriage of many destitute girls. He was also the patron of Central Mahavir Mandal and Central Durga Puja. People miss him greatly due to his absence. Hundreds of villagers from Bhatthakhijri, Rampur, Mundo, Irgaon, Bejwali had arrived on this occasion. Among which blankets were distributed among the needy by the people of Kunwar family. On the occasion, Dr. Deepak Prakash Kunwar, Anupam Prakash Kunwar, Manoj Chandra Kunwar, Uday Shankar Kunwar, Gopi Krishna Kunwar, Vivek Chandra Kunwar, Gaurav Kunwar, Anurag Prakash Kunwar, Mrinal Kunwar and a large number of people were present.
