Giving a befitting reply to BJP's claim that Delhi Government is setting up “I love Manish Sisodia” desks in State-run schools as a show of support for the former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia whose is in CBI custody for five days, AAP’s Twitter handle on Friday shared messages penned by students in support of Sisodia.

According to an AAP functionary, more than 20,000 letters to Manish Sisodia were collected on first day itself; special desk was set up for just 1.5 hours. AAP leaders claimed that ‘I love Manish Sisodia” desk set up by the parents outside their schools and thousands of students from Delhi government schools and private schools came out in support of Sisodia.

In their letters to Sisodia, students wrote that they are studying well and working hard to score well in exams as appealed by their 'Manish Chacha' .

They also wrote that 'Manish Chacha' need not worry about that. They said they are always with their beloved education minister. Through these letters, some of them even questioned why their ‘Manish Chacha’ has been put behind bars if he hasn’t done anything wrong. “Since the arrest and resignation news of Sisodia broke out a few days ago, these students were restless to send their messages to their beloved Education Minister, so their parents came up with a solution by setting up ‘I love Manish Sisodia’ desks outside their schools,” the party said.

Atishi, who will soon be included in the Cabinet as a minister, shared images of the messages on Twitter. "BJP people: No matter how many false allegations you make, but the love that the children of Delhi have got Manish Sisodia, you cannot shake it," she said. Jasmine Shah also retweeted similar messages and said: "Wow... Children of Delhi are showing an unprecedented outpouring of love for their favourite Education minister with messages of #ILoveManishSisodia." MLA Somnath Bharti tweeted,"today Manish Sisodia has taken the form of an idea and his ideas have reached every house through children! There are 18 lakh Manish Sisodias in Delhi schools.

How will you stop? Make an effort, no matter how many parrots you blow away, the education revolution is not going to stop."  MLA Kuldeep Kumar wrote,"Today in this country if people know any education minister by name then it is Shri Manish Sisodia.

BJP people should be proud that there is such an Education Minister in their country who is being talked about even abroad. The politics of hate is not going to last long.”

AAP leader Sarita Singh went so far as to upload a video wherein numerous young schoolchildren are seen sitting on chairs holding pieces of paper with some message scribbled on them.
