So today we are having a real discussion with Shetal Shah. She currently works as a home cook, a menu planner, and a food reviewer.

We'll talk to her about his journey from studying as an engineer to becoming a full time chef and how she was able to put up with so many challenges at her work. 

Shetal has always enjoyed cooking, and many around her used to compliment her on it. She currently works as a home cook, a menu planner, and a food reviewer.

Speaking about her life before becoming a chef, After earning her degree in Electronic Engineering from Mumbai University in 2000, Shetal Shah, who was born and raised in Mumbai, Maharashtra, began her career as a lecturer in the electronics department at Thadomal Shahani College in Bandra, Mumbai. 

She then began working as a teacher in 2001, taking a position as a Lecturer in the Electronics and Telecommunication Department at the K.J. Somaiya Institute of Electronic Engineering & Information Technology in Sion. 

Speaking more, Shetal Shah says that  Avoiding a sedentary work life is imperative whenever possible. Make an effort to walk if possible rather than taking a car if something is nearby. Shetal advises that if you have extra time, you should park farther away from the building to improve your step count. “ Avoiding a sedentary lifestyle is crucial.

It's never simple to decide to change your life, according to Shetal. It can be difficult and even discouraging at times to break bad habits and establish good ones. It's not impossible, though.

So Shetal shah shares 5 healthy tips to follow regularly and since Diwali is around the corner:
 

  1. Avoid having Junk 
  2. Avoid too much Sugar 
  3. Make sure to Exercise 3-4 times in a week
  4. Follow a regime 
  5. Limit yourself when consuming Alcohol.

Setting objectives gives you something to strive for and maintains your motivation to put in a lot of effort. You give yourself something to concentrate on by making goals for yourself. Goals also give you a way to track your development and evaluate your accomplishments.
