State Bank of India is celebrating Joy of Giving week (Daan Utsav) from October 02 to 08. In this connection a blood donation camp was organized at the Local Head Office on Tuesday.
Chief General Manager Umesh Kumar Pandey inaugurated the blood donation camp organized in collaboration with Blood Bank of Government Hamidia Hospital, Bhopal.
On this occasion, Pandey urged the bank staff to fulfill their social duties and appealed to them to help in saving lives of people by donating blood voluntarily.
Deputy General Manager, Bhopal Module Anurag Bhargava expressed his gratitude by presenting mementos to the Doctors and paramedical staffs of the Blood Bank. On this occasion General Manager S Giridhar and other Deputy General Managers and Blood Bank in-charge of Government Hamidia Hospital Dr Umendra Mohan Sharma were also present. A large number of bank staff donated blood in this camp.
