The Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) administration has decided to give attendance to only those employees who have got vaccinated against Covid-19.
An order has been sent to all the regional offices including the workshops from BCCL headquarters here by the general manager Industrial relations and personnel( GMIRP).
It has also directed the general managers and other Senior officers of the company to ensure that both office staff and mining personnel ensure taking corona vaccine so that operation is not hampered in case of medical emergency in any particular area due to corona .
In addition the company wants that all its employees got vaccinated be they of any age group.
The GM IRP in his letter has said that the vaccination may be completed with help of the district administration.
This step is being taken to ensure that the ongoing drive of mass vaccination to stop suspected third phase be tackled.
Its worth mentioning that deputy commissioner Uma Shankar Singh recently had requested different institutions across the district to ensure that the work force of the organisations got vaccinated to check spread of the suspected third phase.This letter appears to be in reference to the deputy commissioners request.
