Charmi Mehta's new book talks about ‘setting your mind free’

Author Charmi Vyas Mehta’s new book ‘Set your mind free’ talks about keeping your mind free from influences in every stage of life. The book is a story of four close friends having vastly differing personalities. You will be reminded of your golden college days and will make you yearn for that lovely warmth of friends, the silly incidents and innocent carefree mischief.

The main character of the book energises you for towards truly wonderful and sublime wellbeing.

Mrs. Mehta shares her Journey of writing and how it inspired her “My journey of writing has been incredible. I used to write short quotes and short stories since childhood but never tried writing an entire book. No one knew that I could even write, though I always wanted to write and publish my work.  one day I got a dream with a perfect ending to my story which I always wanted to write. I just woke up early in the morning, and I do believe that dreams do indicate something in your life, and so I took my laptop and started writing.”

Throwing light on her book she also explained ‘Set your Mind Free’ is my second creation in the literary field. It is a story of four college

friends.  It is a story about the fun time that one has during their college life. It is the mixture of love, friendship, bonding, and dreams. The four friends pursuing their studies as well as reaching towards their dreams comes to an end of the year and plans a trip. In the trip five more characters are introduced with different backgrounds. All the characters are different in their respective nature. Everyone thinks in a different manner. Their life journey teaches every person to cope up with the deadly VIRUS that is deep down in our MIND. Their gripping story helps every person to cope up with loneliness, anxiety, depression, childhood memories, grief and shifts you towards spirituality.”
