Adding to his party’s list of poll sops, Union Minister Dharmandra Pradhan on Sunday announced to provide a scooty to each of Plus Two pass-out girl in the State if the BJP is voted to power.
Besides, there would be legal provision for giving death punishment to culprits for sexually assaulting girls under the age of 15.
Addressing election rallies at different places in Sundargah district, Pradhan also promised that the Plus Two pass out students would be given Rs 50,000 for pursuing higher education.
The BJP would waive all loans of the women self-help groups (SHGs), he said.
He said whopping amount of Rs 1 lakh crore will be budgeted for undertaking development works in rural areas. Salaries of Anganwadi Workers and Helpers would be increased to Rs 15,000 per month and Rs 9, 000 pm, if
BJP forms Government in the State.
