Amid a growing fitness trend among Indian youth driven by heightened health awareness, social media influence, and aspirations for better living, Fit India Ambassador Narendra Kumar Yadav has stressed that fitness is now essential, not optional. “Fitness is not just about physical health; it also strengthens mental balance, discipline, and a positive mindset,” Yadav said. He urged young people to incorporate daily exercise, yoga, or sports into their routines for improved quality of life. Experts attribute the surge to rising wellness consciousness and popular activities like running, gym workouts, and outdoor sports.
