BJP candidate from Gurugram Lok Sabha Rao Inderjit Singh said that the DPR of Nuh to Firozpur Jhirka four-lane is ready, and work will start soon. The process of approving the DPR by the Central Government is in the final stage. “After the formation of Gurgaon Lok Sabha, I am contesting the Gurgaon Lok Sabha elections for the fourth time and I am waiting for the support of Mewat voters,” he said.
Rao said that after becoming MP from Gurgaon Lok Sabha, he never made any distinction between Mewat and other districts. “Whenever the people here came to me asking for help, I worked to provide help for development without any discrimination,” he said.
Rao on Wednesday was addressing election meetings in Pinagwa City, Rural, Hinganpur Raipur, Paimakheda, Bisru, Indana, Binchhor, New Rohingya Kalan, Punhana Office of Punhana Assembly. He said that the BJP government has taken out Delhi Mumbai Express worth Rs 1 lakh crore from the land of dispute to provide employment opportunities to the youth of Mewat.
“Industrial development will increase with this expressway and employment opportunities for the people here will also increase,” he said. “I am not new to Mewat. In future, the work of bringing overflow water from Yamuna during floods will be done so that the problem of drinking water along with the farmers of Mewat can be solved,” he added.
