Vedanta ESL Skill School, in collaboration with SEEDS and sponsored by NABARD, celebrated the success of its inaugural batch of Food & Beverage Service Steward trainees. During the felicitation ceremony, 30 trainees were honored for completing the NSDC-certified program, designed to empower youth with industry-standard skills and employment opportunities.
Of the 30 graduates, 25 have already secured placements with prestigious companies such as DHPL Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, earning annual packages of Rs. 1.9 LPA. The Skill School’s commitment to providing theoretical and practical training, along with soft skills, ensures a minimum 70% placement rate for its trainees.
The event was graced by dignitaries including Philmon Bilung, DDM NABARD, and Kunal Daripa, Head CSR, ESL. The ceremony marked a significant step in Vedanta ESL’s mission to enhance employability and inspire future aspirants.
