Ranchi Smart City Corporation has also set up a stall in the two-day Jharkhand Home Expo organized at Hotel BNR Chanakya, Ranchi. In this stall, along with 3D models, the schemes run by the Smart City are being displayed through flex. Ranchi Smart City is mainly giving information about the work being done under area based development to the investors associated with the construction sector. On the first day of the expo, a large number of people from the capital visited the stall of Ranchi Smart City and got information related to their queries.

Along with the development work happening in the ABD area, information about the use of Command Control and Communication Center by the Smart City and the help being provided in surveillance and traffic management in the capital has also been made available in the stall through Flex. Along with this, information about the necessary infrastructure for Ranchi Smart City, which is being developed on 656 acres of land and whose construction has been completed, is also being given to the people coming to the expo. Along with this, people are also being informed about the projects established for power supply, water supply etc. in view of the future population living in the smart city.

On the first day of the expo, representatives of many companies working in different sectors took information about the auction process of land in the smart city and expressed their desire to invest in different sectors. He was given information about the entire process from Smart City.

People reaching the stall are also being made aware of the public bicycle sharing system being run to encourage non-motorized transport in the capital Ranchi. However, most of the people reaching this stall are looking for the possibility of their home in ABD area of Ranchi Smart City. Those who wish to buy a house there have also been told that very soon many developers will start construction work, after which the dream of buying a house will also come true soon.

The export was jointly inaugurated by Amit Kumar, Director, State Development Agency and CEO, Ranchi Smart City Corporation, and Amit Kumar, Municipal Commissioner, Ranchi. On this occasion, General Manager Technical Rakesh Kumar Nandkuliyar, Public Relations Officer Amit Kumar, Manager Ravi Shankar Pandey, Manager Subir Acharya, Company Secretary Vipin Bihari Sah and Dr Kiran and Manager Rupesh Kumar from Ranchi Municipal Corporation were present on behalf of Ranchi Smart City.
