A crucial public meeting will be addressed by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday at Gandhi Maidan, Mango. The meeting, organized under the aegis of the East Singhbhum District Congress Committee, was discussed during a preparatory meeting held at the Congress office in Bistupur. The meeting was chaired by District President Anand Bihari Dubey, and attended by prominent party leaders including State Incharge Ghulam Ahmed Mir, State Shah Incharge Bela Prasad, State President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh, and Minister Banna Gupta.
Addressing the gathering, Ghulam Ahmed Mir shared that the event would see Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressing a large public gathering, where he will campaign for the victory of Congress and alliance candidates from various constituencies, including Jamshedpur West, Jamshedpur East, Potka, Jugsalai, Ghatshila, and Baharagora. The rally will be a significant push for the India Alliance candidates ahead of the upcoming elections.
Mir also emphasized the importance of unity within the India Alliance party and invited all Congress workers, as well as supporters from alliance parties such as JMM, RJD, AAP, CPI, CPM, and CPIML, to attend the public meeting and show their solidarity.
State President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh appealed to all party officers and workers to intensify their efforts in ensuring the success of the alliance candidates, stressing the need for a strong show of support for Rahul Gandhi's vision. Hon'ble Minister Banna Gupta urged Congress workers to focus on the success of the alliance's candidates in both Jamshedpur West and Jamshedpur East constituencies.
Dubey emphasized the need for active participation from the Block Presidents, Mandal Presidents, Panchayat Presidents, and workers to make the meeting a success. He also ensured that leaders and workers from various alliance parties would be invited to strengthen their presence at the event.
The preparatory meeting was conducted by Vice President Sanjay Singh Azad, and the District President extended a warm welcome to the chief guests, State Incharge, State President In-charge, and Hon'ble Minister, offering them a shovel as per the protocol. The Congress party is gearing up for a strong campaign, with this public meeting set to be one of the highlights in the lead-up to the elections.
