Nursing scam is disgrace to educational world: Nayak

Friday, 24 May 2024 | Staff Reporter | BHOPAL

State Congress Media Department Chairman Mukesh Nayak has described the Madhya Pradesh nursing scam as a disgrace to the educational world. He said that the way a college has been allowed in Madhya Pradesh, flouting the norms of Nursing Counseling of India, such an example has not been seen anywhere in the entire country.

While talking to media persons, he said that there are neither buildings, nor laboratories, nor libraries, nor labs nor hospitals, yet colleges are running. Nursing colleges are running only on paper, these colleges are visible only to those who have prepared the inspection report and are not visible to anyone else.

Mukesh Nayak, on Thursday, said that on the orders of the High Court, the CBI was entrusted with the responsibility of investigating the nursing scam in Madhya Pradesh, but the CBI investigators themselves sabotaged the investigation. Just tarnished it.

CBI officers are being caught taking Rs 10 lakh each, what kind of CBI investigation is this? The culprits whom the CBI agents had come to investigate were arrested even before they could investigate. This will be the first case in Madhya Pradesh in the country when the investigation committee itself got arrested before arresting the culprits.Deputy Leader of Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Assembly, Hemant Katare, while expressing his reaction regarding the nursing scam, said that the Madhya Pradesh government could not come out of the Vyapam scam and now the stigma of nursing scam has come.

NSUI leader Ravi Parmar, who exposed the nursing scam, was sent to jail several times, many cases were registered against him, while the criminals were found talking on phone despite being in the custody of CBI, which shows the government's intentions towards the culprits. There is a clear view of giving protection.

I, along with my MLA colleagues, will raise my voice on this matter with full force in the Assembly.State Coordinator of Indian National Students Organization Medical Wing, Ravi Parmar said that after the arrest of CBI officers and operators of nursing colleges, Madhya Pradesh Nursing Registration Council recently released the list of 132 nursing colleges for enrollment of students for the session 2022-23. , which includes the names of those colleges whose college administrators have been arrested and whose principals have been caught red-handed taking bribes.

Due to nursing fraud, examinations of nursing students of Madhya Pradesh have not been conducted for the last four years, due to which their future is being ruined. After so many failures in colleges and large scale fraud coming to light, it has now been decided to conduct examinations from May 15 on the orders of the High Court.
