Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has said that we are going to start four new missions from January 1 to fulfill Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s resolve to change the lives of various sections of society who have been neglected for decades. Our government is going to work committedly in mission mode in January 2025 for the economic empowerment of youth, women, farmers, and the poor.
Chief Minister Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has resolved to instill self-confidence in the youth, women, farmers, and the poor along with their economic upliftment and betterment. Madhya Pradesh government is taking concrete initiatives for the economic development of these sections. Four missions – Yuva Shakti Mission, Garib Kalyan Mission, Farmer Welfare Mission, and Women Empowerment Mission – are being started in the state from January 1, 2025. Madhya Pradesh is the first state to take the initiative to fulfill the resolve of Prime Minister Shri Modi.
Chief Minister Yadav said that under the Yuva Shakti Mission, youth will be empowered through employment, skill development, and leadership opportunities. In the Garib Kalyan Mission, poor and deprived sections will be given social security, employment, and basic facilities. Women will be educated, made self-reliant and empowered economically and socially in the Women Empowerment Mission. The Farmers Welfare Mission aims to increase the income of farmers and make agriculture a more profitable business.
Chief Minister Yadav said that to realize the concept of a public welfare state in the state, a public welfare budget of more than Rs 3.5 lakh crore was passed in the current financial year. A decision has been taken to double the budget in the coming years. The government is trying to ensure public participation to strengthen the state.
Chief Minister Yadav said that the faith of the people of the state gives us strength in making Madhya Pradesh the leading state in the country. When our 8.5 crore people of the state work together towards development, new dimensions of development will be created in the state.
