BJP state president and Khajuraho MP Vishnudutt Sharma, while reacting to the media after the completion of the first phase of the Sangathan Parv on Thursday, said that the BJP has created history by making 1 crore 81 thousand 437 members in the state in just 24 days with authenticity and transparency.
In parliamentary democracy, it is unprecedented for any political party to make 1 crore members in such a short time. 95 lakh online forms have been filled during the Sangathan Parv.
Along with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, ministers of the state government, MPs, MLAs and local public representatives, workers at 64 thousand 871 booths have set a record by working tirelessly. Making more than 1 crore members in such a short time shows the hard work of the workers of the state and the dedication to the organization and the acceptance of BJP among the public. The membership campaign is still going on and the process of joining the BJP family will continue. Together we will fulfill the aspirations of Madhya Pradesh. BJP State President and MP Shri Vishnudutt Sharma said that a review meeting of the first phase of the Sangathan Parv will be held in the BJP State Office on 28 September. In the meeting, brainstorming will be done to bring forward the areas which have lagged behind in the next phase by making plans for them.
The next phase of Sangathan Parv will run from 1 to 15 October and we will create history by surpassing the target of 1.5 crore in the state. On 29 September, party workers across the state will give party membership to people after listening to the Mann Ki Baat program of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
Guidance from the central leadership was given from time to timeState President of Bharatiya Janata Party Shri Vishnudutt Sharma said that in the first phase of Sangathan Parv itself, the people of the state have told that they have deep acceptance for the party. People from every corner of the state have come forward and taken membership of the party. On 25 September, on the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay ji, on the maximum membership day, despite rain in 11 districts, party workers worked to fulfill their target.
From thela walas, hawkers, delivery boys, shopkeepers to doctors, businessmen, ex-servicemen, intellectuals to youth, sisters and elders, everyone has expanded the BJP family by taking membership. State President Sharma said, I express my gratitude to the central leadership of the party that from time to time they guided us during the campaign and also praised us for the success of our campaign.
