Moot court competition inaugurated

The National Moot Court Competition was inaugurated by the Law Department of Rabindranath Tagore University.

On this occasion, Ms. Giribala Singh, Chairperson, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and Special Guest Prof. P.K. Shukla were specially present as the Chief Guest.

The program was presided over by Chancellor Santosh Chaubey. Vice Chancellor Sangeeta Johri, Dean of Law Department Nilesh Sharma, HOD Nash Jamir were specially present in the program.

On this occasion, Giribala Singh in her address emphasized the importance of ethics in the legal profession and said that lawyers should maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. She also said that lawyers should always give priority to justice and maintain the dignity of the legal profession.

While addressing, Santosh Chaubey congratulated the participants and told the students that you should always maintain fairness and honesty in your profession. He told that your profession has an important contribution in protecting justice.
