Monsoon will withdraw completely from Madhya Pradesh on Oct 10

Withdrawal of monsoon has been witnessed in half of the state including Bhopal-Indore while withdrawal from the eastern part of the state would be by October 10.

After the departure of monsoon from Bhopal, bright sunshine is making the weather hot and humid.

All the districts where monsoon withdrawal has occured in the western part. Due to this, the sun will remain sharp till the cold winter arrives.

According to the Meteorological Department, on October 4, the low pressure area has become active in the Bay of Bengal. At the same time, the cyclonic circulation system is also active. Due to this, light showers are falling in the eastern part. There was drizzle in other districts including Mandla on October 5-8. On the other hand, it is hot in the western part. Similar weather will remain for the next four to five days. After the return of the low pressure area system, the monsoon will also bid farewell to the eastern part.

Due to the activity of the system in the eastern part, drizzle and thundershowers may occur in Mandla, Satna, Rewa, Mauganj, Sidhi, Singrauli, Dindori and Anuppur and other districts for the next three-four days. The weather is expected to remain clear in the entire state.

Temperature reached 36 degrees celsius in Khajuraho for the third day. On Saturday, the mercury in Khajuraho of Chhatarpur district was 36.8 degrees Celsius. For the third consecutive day, the mercury has been above 36 degrees. Similarly, it was 35.6 degrees in Guna, 35.4 degrees in Damoh.

Till October 5, Gwalior, Morena, Bhind, Datia, Shivpuri and Sheopur, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Ujjain, Dewas, Agar, Shajapur, Bhopal, Sehore, Vidisha, Raisen, Rajgarh, Guna, Ashoknagar, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Barwani, Indore, Khargone, Khandwa, Harda, Narmadapuram, Sagar, Damoh, Niwari, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur and Panna districts witnessed monsoon withdrawal.

Similar weather till Navratri-Dussehra. It has been raining on Navratri and Dussehra for the last 2 years, but it is not expected to happen this time. By October 10 the monsoon will return from most of the districts, the monsoon will depart from the eastern part i.e. Jabalpur, Rewa, Shahdol and Sagar divisions.
