Talking about the special drive, Mayor Dr Shelly Oberoi stated that the civic body had taken up a special drive to clear Construction & Demolition waste from key locations throughout the last month.
The Mayor said pollution is an issue in the national capital every year and C&D waste is a major contributor.
“By geo-tagging waste clearance sites, the AAP Government in MCD has enhanced transparency and accountability, ensuring precise data on waste removal across each location. We will continue to clear C&D waste from all over Delhi and residents can report instances on MCD311 App to get waste lifted from their surroundings,” she added.
