CCL organizes free health camp

Jan Arogya Kendra, CCL organized a free health camp for leprosy and other diseases at Kanke Nagdi Basti in Ranchi on Friday. 175 patients were examined by specialist doctors in the camp and were given free medical advice. In the camp, free health checkups were conducted especially for skin diseases, hemoglobin, blood sugar, hypertension etc. CMS, CCL, Dr. Ratnesh Jain; CMO, CSR Incharge, Dr. Preeti Tigga; Dr. Anita Horo; Dr. Ambrish Kumar; Dr. Deepali Ramesh Samrit, Dr. Priyanka Jha; Dr. Shilpi Jha; Dr. Anshu and paramedical staff contributed significantly in the successful organization of the camp.

UBI organises loan camp in Bokaro

Union Bank of India (UBI), Regional Office Dhanbad successfully organized a special loan camp at Hans Residency Hotel in Bokaro on Friday. The objective of this program was to benefit the customers of the region from the bank's advanced loan facilities. On this occasion, in the august presence of Gokulananda Das, Mentor General Manager of Zonal Office Ranchi from Central Office Mumbai, Deputy Zonal Head Ranchi Shashi Kant, Area Head Dhanbad Deepmala Lakra and Deputy Area Head Umesh Chandra, retail, MSME and agriculture loans worth Rs 7 crore were provided to 45 customers.

 

SCS celebrates Energy Conservation Day

The Eco club and Science club of Surendranath Centenary School observed National Energy Conservation Day on 13th December, 2024 with a series of engaging activities, fostering awareness and promoting sustainable practices among students. In the junior wing, the celebrations began with a special assembly, featuring speeches and role-plays on energy conservation. Grade II students participated in an awareness drive, conveying the importance of saving energy through a song with actions. In the senior wing, students from Class VI showcased their creativity through poster-making and slogan-writing activities, while Class IX students created informative presentations on energy conservation. A thought-provoking movie on energy conservation was screened for students of classes VI and IX.

Paras Hospital to hold free mega health camp

A free mega health camp is being organized at Paras Hospital HEC on Sunday, December 15. Information about the health camp was given in a press conference at Paras Hospital on Friday. Dr. Kaushik Roy Medical Superintendent, Dr. Madan Gupta, Brigadier Dr. Alok Chandra, Dr. Uday Shankar, Dr. Suresh, Dr. Ganesh Kumar, Dr. Kunal Hazara were present in the press conference. He told that the health camp will be held on December 15 at Paras Hospital located at HEC from 10 am to 2 pm. In the health camp, free services will be given for BP, RBS, ECG, spirometry, BMD, diet and nutrition, doctors consultation, treatment of cleft lip and palate.
