The process of implementing PESA rules has intensified under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Champai Soren. A presentation was given by the officials of Panchayati Raj Department on the subject "PESA-An Introduction and Road Map" through a power point presentation in front of Chief Minister Champai Soren in the Jharkhand Ministry today. While reviewing "PESA-An Introduction and Road Map", the Chief Minister also gave many important guidelines to the officials.
During the review, many important points were discussed in detail between the Chief Minister and the officials so that PESA law can be implemented soon in the state. On the occasion, the Chief Minister told the officials that it is the moral responsibility of all of us to make a better PESA rule in Jharkhand.
Minister Deepak Birua, Chief Secretary L Khiangte, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Avinash Kumar, Principal Secretary Panchayat Raj Department Vinay Kumar Chaubey, Secretary to Chief Minister Arwa Rajkamal, Secretary Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority and Backward Class Welfare Department Kripananda Jha, Director Panchayat Raj Nisha Oraon and other officials were present on the occasion.
