The maximum temperature in the state is likely to rise gradually by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius during the next 3 days. After this, there is no possibility of any major change in the next 2 days.

It is extremely hot in Jharkhand. The scorching heat has made people's condition miserable. There is no possibility of people getting respite from the heat in the state right now. People will have to endure the heat for the coming few days. The mercury in most of the districts of the state is 40 degrees Celsius.

The temperature in Ranchi has also reached 37 degrees, while the temperature in 8 cities in the state including Godda has crossed 40 degrees. Heat will persist in the state for the next 4 days. However, the temperature may increase further during this period. Also, there is a possibility of heatwave in many districts. Regarding which a red alert has been issued. Try not to go out between 12 noon and 2 pm. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

It is noteworthy that the problems of the people may increase in Kolhan and Palamu divisions of the state. The weather center has predicted that the maximum temperature in some districts of Kolhan and Palamu divisions may exceed 44 degrees Celsius. In view of the weather conditions, the Meteorological Department has asked people to remain alert. There is a possibility of heatwave in many districts. Regarding which a red alert has been issued.
