Stepping up preparations of the Bharatiya Janata Party for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections, the party’s State election in-charge Dushyant Kumar Gautam will arrive in Dehradun on a two-day State tour today. He is scheduled to hold meetings with the election management committees of Tehri and Haridwar Lok Sabha constituencies in addition to interacting with various sections regarding the party’s election manifesto campaign. Earlier, on Friday Gautam along with the BJP national media in-charge launched the Uttarakhandi version of the song based on Modi’s guarantee in Delhi.
The BJP State media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan informed that while launching the Uttarakhandi version of ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’ song in Delhi, Gautam said that the people in Uttarakhand are experiencing the guarantees of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in their daily lives in Uttarakhand as citizens across the nation are. Gautam will arrive in Dehradun on Saturday and here he will flag off a publicity video van from the Tehri constituency office near Parade Ground in the morning. He will then hold a meeting regarding the Tehri constituency with the members of the Lok Sabha core committee, election management committee, Vidhan Sabha in-charge and other office bearers. In the evening, Gautam will attend an interaction on the party’s manifesto campaign. On Sunday the State in-charge will attend various programmes regarding the election manifesto in Haridwar. He will interact with representatives of labour organisations in the morning, followed by interactions with doctors and then with roadside vendors. In the afternoon, he will participate in interaction on the manifesto with prominent citizens.
