FIR against 42 BJP leaders involved in Aakrosh Rally

After the ruckus in the Aakrosh Rally of BJYM at Morhabadi Ground in the capital Ranchi, an FIR has been registered against 42 named and 12 thousand unknown people including big BJP leaders.

There was a lot of ruckus in the Aakrosh Rally of BJYM held at Morabadi Ground on Friday. In which a dozen policemen and workers were injured.

An FIR has been registered against BJP leaders at Lalpur police station. In the FIR registered, it has been alleged that BJP workers attacked the police as part of a conspiracy, and also tried to march to the CM residence without orders.

It has also been alleged in this application that the leaders present on the stage built by the BJP in Morhabadi Ground were instigating the workers to break the barricading and surround the CM residence. Apart from this, the accused have also been accused of illegal gathering and violating the prohibitory order.

On Friday, an outrage rally was organized by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha at Morhabadi Ground. During this, the workers involved in the rally tried to surround the CM's residence. To stop them, the police had installed barbed wire at various places.

BJP state president Babulal Marandi, former Union Minister Arjun Munda, Minister of State for Defense Sanjay Seth, Leader of Opposition Amar Bauri, MLA Bhanu Pratap Shah, MLA CP Singh, MP BD Ram, MP Aditya Sahu, Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash, MP Abhaykant Prasad, Rajya Sabha MP Pradeep Verma, MP Vidyut Varan Mahto and MP Manish Jaiswal were present at the Jharkhand BJP's youth outrage rally. Apart from these Neelkanth Singh Munda (MLA), Randhir Singh (MLA), Neera Yadav (MLA), Ramchandra Chandravanshi (MLA), Aparna Sen Gupta (MLA), Kushwaha Shashi Bhushan Mehta (MLA), Pushpa Devi (MLA), Samri Lal (MLA), Kedar Hazra (MLA) and Raj Sinha (MLA).

Case has been registered against former MP Yadunath Pandey, MP Dhullu Mahato, Former Chief Minister Madhu Koda, former PM Geeta Koda, former Deputy Mayor Sanjeev Vijayvargiya, Organisation Minister Karmaveer Singh, ML Naveen Jaiswal, MLA Narayan Das, MLA Amit Mandal, MLA Alok Chaurasia, MLA Koche Munda, MAL Kishun Kumar Das and some office bearers like Vishnukant Rai, Kunal Yadav, Amardeep Yadav, Varun Sao, Sushil Dubey, former BJYM State Chief Amit Kumar, Ramesh Singh, Indushekhar Mishra, State Spokesperson Pratul Nath Shahdev, Shashank Raj, Aarti Kujur, Satyendra Tiwari, Mangal Murti Tiwari, Gangeshwar Yadav, Vishal Gautam and Krishnakant Rai.
