The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a new-age fintech entity in a move that would ensure easier accessibility to loans for affordable housing in the Capital.
A statement by the authority said that the initiative will bolster Lieutenant Governor (LG) Vinai Kumar Saxena's agenda of providing dignified housing to the marginalised at affordable costs.
Under the agreement, DDA will provide Ambak, the fintech entity, with property details for various income categories including Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), and High Income Group (HIG).
