Bokaro Steel Limited's (BSL) Vigilance department, as part of its three-month Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2024, conducted a capacity-building training program for its frontline officers on October 15. The event was held at the Gyanarjan & Vikas Department and saw the participation of 31 executive officers from various departments.
The program's chief guests were Gyanesh Jha, Chief General Manager (Vigilance) & ACVO, and Manish Jalota, Chief General Manager (Gyanarjan & Vikas), along with Santosh Kumar Gupta, Assistant General Manager (Vigilance).
The primary objective of the program was to raise awareness among BSL officers regarding the organization's systems and procedures, ethics and policies, governance, conduct rules, cyber security, procurement, and other critical areas. In this interactive session, faculty members shared knowledge and insights on these topics with the participants. The event was coordinated by Rajesh Kumar, Deputy General Manager (Gyanarjan & Vikas).
