Clouds are looming over many parts of Jharkhand due to Western disturbance. Meteorologist Abhishek Anand said that the weather is going to clear from today. In such a situation, due to the clearing of clouds, the minimum temperature will drop by 5-6 degrees. There will be severe cold in the early morning and night.

Anand said that especially in areas like Netarhat, Gumla, Pakur and Kanke of Ranchi, there will be severe cold in the evening. Cold wave will also blow, about which one needs to be a little cautious, he added.

The Meteorologist said that the temperature of the capital Ranchi can go up to 10 degrees Celsius. At the same time, the maximum temperature is also expected to be up to 25 degrees Celsius. At the same time, he said that for the next few days, dense fog may prevail in many districts of the state in the morning and after evening. 

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding this.

In the last 24 hours, the weather has been different at different places in the State. On Sunday, there was sporadic rain at some places. Around nine mm of rain fell in Latehar. Garhwa and Daltonganj also received rain. Due to Western Disturbance, the minimum temperature is above normal.

The Meteorological Department has said that the effect of fog will be seen in seven districts in the morning and evening amid the play of clouds and fog. Dense fog may prevail in Palamu, Garhwa, Latehar, Chatra, Lohardaga, Gumla and Simdega of Jharkhand for the next few days. A warning of dense fog has been issued in these seven districts. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert.
