At Bokaro Steel Plant, 41 OCTT trainees began their journey on October 16 with the commencement of a six-week local induction training program. The event, held by the HR Learning and Development Department, was inaugurated with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony and a safety pledge.
Executive Director (HR and Works) Rajan Prasad graced the event as the chief guest, alongside Executive Director (Mines) Jaydeep Dasgupta, Chief General Manager (MRD & SMS-New) Rajiv Dhawan, and Chief General Manager (Learning and Development) Manish Jalota.
After completing the six-week training, the trainees will be assigned to various roles within the Bokaro Steel Plant.
