A free health check-up camp was organized on Friday under the joint aegis of Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital and Jeev Sewa Sansthan. This camp was organised at Sadhu Vaswani School.
Fifteen specialist doctors of various diseases examined the health of 250 patients and advised them the treatment. This includes 103 eye patients, 12 urology, 41 ENT, 42 dental disease and 52 patients of other general diseases consulted the doctors and got their diseases examined and obtained treatment advice.
Besides, free pathology tests were also done for 92 patients. Patients were also given free medicines as per their requirement. These medicines were made available by Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital and Mangalam Pharmacy. Among the doctors present in the camp, General Physician Dr. Suresh Bhambhani, Dr. GT Khemchandani and Dr. Preeti Motiani, ENT specialists Dr. Anil Jain and Dr. Anchal Jain examined the patients and gave them advice.
Echocardiography was done by radiologist Dr. Deepak Agiyani. Orthopedic specialist Dr. Sunil Aswani, pathologist Dr Sameer Singh, dentist Dr Komal Daswani and Dr Roshni Gyanchadani, ophthalmologist Dr. Preeti Bamhane, pediatrician Dr. Dilip Chotrani, urology specialist Dr. CP Dewani, Dr. Sudhir Lokwani and general surgeon Dr. Anil Garg also diagnosed and advised the treatment to the patients. Managing Trustee AC Sadhwani presented them Memento and a Saropa to all doctors as a blessings of Paramhansa Santji.
On this occasion, Managing Trustee of Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital AC Sadhwani said that Paramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahib Ji had conceptualized an educated and healthy society during his lifetime.
To give a concrete shape to his thoughts, Santji's disciples are working with strong will power. He said that in view to provide excellent eye care services to the people of the capital Bhopal and the nearby ten districts, a new fully equipped building of Sewa Sadan is under construction on Airport Road. Efforts are being made to complete the construction of that building in the next six months and start the said new hospital. The Managing Trustee expressed gratitude for the services of the doctors who came to the camp.
