Dr Arvinder Singh, CEO of Arth Group, has astonished everyone by setting his third world record, a feat few can even dream of achieving once in their lifetime. By obtaining 168 degrees, diplomas, and certificates, Dr Singh has not only etched his name in the World Book of Records, London for the third time, but also surpassed his previous record of 123 degrees, diplomas, and certificates. The Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Dr. Prem Chand Bairwa, congratulated and honoured Dr. Singh for his remarkable achievement.
At 53, Dr Singh holds more than three times his age in academic and non-academic qualifications. From 1989 to 2024, his relentless pursuit of education and knowledge has culminated in 168 degrees, diplomas, and certificates, which reflect his excellence and vast knowledge. Dr Singh is a polymath with expertise not only in medical science but also in management, law, cosmetology, cosmetic dermatology, and digital marketing. His 168 qualifications include 94 academic and 74 non-academic subjects.
Recently, Dr. Singh was honoured at Oxford University, London, and the British Parliament for his outstanding contributions to medicine and education. His achievements were also recognized on other international platforms.
Additionally, he was named 'Global Mastermind' at the Asia Business Conclave in Singapore and one of the 'Best of 100 Indians' in India. Dr. Singh's unique blend of medical expertise, legal acumen, and business skills has earned him various accolades across countries including the UK, USA, Sweden, Canada, and Israel.
First World Record in 2022
Dr. Singh's journey of world records began in 2022 when he set his first record by acquiring 123 degrees, diplomas, and certificates. In 2023, he surprised everyone with a completely different kind of record.
Despite having an 80% physical disability, he traversed the treacherous Khardung La Pass in Leh-Ladakh on a quad bike under adverse weather conditions, setting his second world record in July 2023. Now, in 2024, he has broken his record with 168 qualifications, marking his third world record.
An alumnus of IIM, Dr. Singh made history in 2009 by being the first and only doctor to top the prestigious institute. In 2008, he turned down a lucrative job offer worth 9 million rupees in Scotland to work in India, driven by his passion for knowledge. In 2002, he was recognized as one of the top ten business entrepreneurs in the country for his innovative ideas. Dr Singh is also a gold medalist in pistol shooting and holds a record in scuba diving. He has received numerous awards, including the Business Leader Award, and has been invited twice as a speaker on the international platform TEDx.
Setting New Benchmarks
Dr. Singh attributes his success to setting personal benchmarks rather than comparing himself with others. "As soon as I achieve a benchmark, instead of resting on my laurels, I set a new one. This not only motivates me to move forward but also ensures I learn and do something new every day," he explained.
