The International Youth Economic Forum, organised by the Roscongress Foundation, will be held on the last day of Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum 2024 (SPIEF) on June 8. It will bring together young entrepreneurs, managers, talented students, postgraduates and scientists, including those awarded scholarships, grants and prizes of the president of the Russian Federation, said the SPIEF.
The agenda of the (SPIEF 2024) Youth Day is to cover all areas of self-fulfilment of the younger generation including business support measures, development of youth professional communities, international scientific and technological projects, tourism, environmental protection and much more.
“This year, the format of the SPIEF 2024 Youth Programme will be conceptually changed in favour of practice-oriented content at the Forum venue and it will contain new formats aimed at creating opportunities for self-fulfilment of young talented leaders, developing the institute of mentorship and involving young people in addressing issues on the global socio-economic agenda,” said Anton Kobyakov, adviser to the president of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organising Committee.
He said the main goal will be to create a permanent, innovative and inspiring platform for talented young people and a talent pool will be formed for the leading Russian companies.In order to ensure that SPIEF functions as an effective mechanism for interaction, business communications and fruitful dialogue between the youth community, representatives of the authorities and world-class experts, the SPIEF Organizing Committee will accredit Youth Day participants without a registration fee.
