Regular yoga is necessary to stay healthy.The concept of physical and mental fitness is not possible without yoga.In such a situation, every person needs to include yoga in their daily routine.Dr. Munish Govind, the registrar of AISECT University said these things on Wednesday on the occasion of International Yoga Day during a yoga program organized by the university's NSS unit at the Hazaribag Jheel campus.He said that yoga helps a man to stabilize himself and meditate.Not only this, self-strength and willpower can also be increased by yoga.
Prior to this, under the leadership of Yogacharya and Yoga professor of AISECT University, Manish Kumar, yoga practice of Surya-Namaskar, Tadasan, Vakrasan, Mayurasan, Vrikshasan, Padmasan, Vrishchikasan, Pranayama and other yoga events were held in the lake premises from 5:30 am to 7:30 am. Apart from many professors and personnel of the university present on the occasion, a large number of students and local people were made to attend.Describing the awareness program organized in the lake campus on International Yoga Day as an awareness message, AISECT University Vice Chancellor Dr. PK Nayak said that while yoga is important for a healthy life, on the one hand, yoga has also emerged as a better option in the form of employment.Youths are giving wings to their career by becoming yoga instructors in the country, while the demand for yoga instructors has increased rapidly in foreign countries as well.
He said that PG Diploma in Yoga and Master in Yoga courses are being conducted in AISECT University, after studying which many students of the university are also bringing laurels to the country by serving as yoga instructors in Taiwan and other countries.Vice Chancellor Dr. PK Nayak, Registrar Dr. Munish Govind, Dean Admin Dr. SR Rath, AR Vijay Kumar, Dr. Arvind Kumar, Dr. Rojikanth, NSS officers Dr. Rudra Narayan and Preeti during the yoga program organized under the banner of NSS Unit of AISECT University. Vyas, Dr. Diwakar Prasad Nirala, Dr. Rajkumar, Ritesh Kumar, Kumari Seema, Ajay Barnwal, Sanjay Dangi, Amit Kumar and other professors, employees, local people and a large number of students practiced yoga.
