Member of Parliament from Lucknow and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will pay a three-day visit to his parliamentary constituency from Friday.
Bharatiya Janata Party city president Mukesh Sharma said that the defence minister would reach Lucknow airport on Friday at 4:20 pm from where he would go to Nadwa College to attend an event.
“Rajnath Singh will also go to Mankameshwar temple to offer prayers, before ending his day with a visit to Atal Convention Centre,” Sharma said.
On Saturday, Singh will attend a seminar on self-reliant India at Surya Club.
Sharma further said the defence minister would attend a function at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan on Sunday. He would also witness the progress of construction work of IIM flyover, Munshi Pulia flyover, and then visit Gomti Nagar railway station. The defence minister will leave for Delhi on Sunday evening.
