Hazaribag Member of Parliament Co-Chairman Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance Jayant Sinha was honored with Sansad Ratna Award.The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance headed by him has been adjudged as the Best Committee for outstanding performance.This is a matter of pride for Hazaribag and Ramgarh.Jayant Sinha was honored with this award by the Honorable Governor of Haryana Shri Bandaru Dattatreya on 25 March 2023 in New Delhi.

Sinha was also adjudged as the Best Parliamentarian in the year 2022 and the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance headed by him as the Best Committee for outstanding performance.He has had a very good performance in the Lok Sabha as a Member of Parliament.Representing the Hazaribag Lok Sabha, he has been raised many important issues related to the region and the nation in all the sessions of the House.He has presented many private member bills related to the national interest in the House.Also, his attendance has been almost 100 per cent.The committee headed by him is making significant contribution in the development of the country.In this award ceremony, Honorable Governor of Haryana, Guest of Honor, Honorable Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Culture Arjun Ram Meghwal and senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary praised Jayant Sinha.Honorable Governor said that Jayant Sinha is a famous and very capable and educated leader of the country.

I am sure that when such people come forward, the level of the Parliament will rise and the Parliament of India will be marked as the most successful Parliament in the world.Arjun Ram Meghwal said that Jayant Sinha is a very senior member.It is a special thing to honor him and members like him.Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary said that Jayant Sinha is one of the very knowledgeable and intellectual persons of the country.He is my colleague in Parliament. It is a matter of happiness that such personalities have been honored today.On this occasion, Jayant Sinha first thanked the residents of Hazaribag Lok Sabha.He said that it is my great fortune to serve the residents of the region under the leadership of the Honorable Prime Minister.
