Marandi alleges big land scam in Ranchi in connivance of govt

BJP legislative party leader and former Chief Minister  Babulal Marandi has once again alleged that there is big land scam in Jharkhand in connivance with bureaucrats  and political leadership in State. Marandi alleges that there is land scam worth more than Rs 10 thousand crores. He has urged the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to investigate the land scam in depth. According to him, in this government, there has been a lot of land looting business in Ranchi. The ED director should interrogate the responsible people in detail on many important points in the land scam. The faces involved in this business with remote control behind the scenes will also have to be exposed. They will have to be held by the neck because of which Jharkhand is being defamed. Claiming that if the conspiracy of Ranchi land embezzlement is probed deeply, then Sahibganj's famous 1000 crore stone mine loot scam will look dwarf in front of it. More than 10,000 crore scam has happened in Ranchi land scam.

Marandi has said that he talked to many people about the land scam in Ranchi in JMM/ Congress government. Under the patronage of power, brokers, some money greedy administrative and police officers together have done such an act of corruption.

Few months after the formation of the Hemant government, the Covid lockdown was imposed. Government-non-government work, employment came to a standstill. The unscrupulous people made land rigging the easiest way of easy money making during this period. In Ranchi, a search was made with love for a "certified corrupt" officer to run this scam well. IAS Chhavi Ranjan, who was granted bail by the High Court in the case of cutting down and selling government trees in Koderma, was brought as the right person for this “work”. Looted the land on the lines of “You, your mind, forgive me, take help to save me from the case of cutting grass in return”

The morale of the unscrupulous was boosted by the success of the plan to take possession of black marketers land in the dark of night. It has increased so much that these people have made the land acquisition business a source of huge income by fake documents. Even after the crisis like Covid, against the rules, this gang established a reign of terror in occupying the land with the force which was crammed in buses from the police line at night. Bajra's land was also on their target. Deducting 75 years' rent receipts in one day and taking possession of the land day and night with the help of a large number of policemen, such a work was done, which cannot be found in another example. The High Court has now quashed this blind and illegal action of the district administration. There is no rule to send policemen at night for investigation or possession of land disputes. But we have come across many such videos in which the police force arrived in buses at night from the police line and officers trying to break into the gates to create terror can be seen trying to sneak into many places. Questioning State government Marandi said that he should tell that on whose orders all these works were done and on whose instigation? Is it possible that without the knowledge of the Chief Minister, such a huge scam takes place in the capital of the state? How is it possible that an officer takes direct direction from a broker to execute such business and reports his actions to the broker only?
